sanyo ed1 SHUTS DOWN changing channels

Hello everybody from ITALY !!!
this tvc SANYO CEP2872T - ED1 simply shuts down when i change channels, expecially passing from ch7,ch14,ch44 and others to ch6. When it happens, the tv goes for some seconds in stand-by mode and turns on again on the last channel.
And i've noticed that the changing of channels is really slow, it takes 4-5 seconds of totally black screen before the selected channel apperars.
where problem could be?

the truble happens only if there is a signal in the "ANTENNA", with no signal the tv works good. But with no signal the volume on the remote controll doesn't work
