Bush DVD1005 - resistor burned

I currently have a Bush DVD player, model DVD1005, which does not work. On investigation, a resistor on the PSU board has burned beyond recognition, and is in no condition to give any kind of meaningful reading on my meter.

The resistor is the one marked R8 on the board.

If possible, I would like to find out the correct rating of this resistor, or any method of ascertaining a suitable value.

R8 value is 22ohms
