Metz TV Classic 100hz PIP 693G1 Picture deformation

I have picture problem with my TV.
Somethimes dont show pic only ton works and flyback trafo(HV).I switch Tv again abut 2 time and then I have a picture with errors.
Picture on screen is deformed and have black stripes(lines) about 1 cm diagonal crossing the screen. Somethimes is ok for second, but have some black srips,layer or wave and deform pic horizontaly.

TV have defect on BS modul VPC 3210 but is fixed.(no pic only black/white chess on screen)

OSD dont work ... but PIP is working with no deformatin on picture.
When I cut input of OSD and RGB on TDA4780, TV have black screen (no signal) but same error - black sripes is on screen.
ON scart I have a same problem with picture.
With no Tuners on board I have the same problem.

I have a metz tv and this morning when i turned it on the picture had gone all weird....the picture has blown right up and is also bending in from the sides..does anyone know why this has happened and how to fix it?
