acer 19 inch no backlight

acer 19 inch widescreen ... power light comes on no video..... blown caps in inverter circuit... replaced caps same problem ... its a simple circuit from the sitch mode transformer... ther is a shottkey diode part number sbt100 two 1000 25v caps and two 220 25v caps leading to the inverter circuit ... i have only 13.5-14 volts on the caps what do you thnk? should i replace the shottkey diodes? i think the voltage should be higher.....

If you have good voltage like you do either the panel is shot or more than likely bad inverters.
