TV LOEWE E3000 (CT1170) Service Manual or Schema

Please, I've a Loewe TV E3000 and my problem is that all chanels are in black and white (no color) but Teletext and config mode have color. I think that is problem of chroma chip, but I haven't the TV schema and I dont know how is this chip.
Any people can help me? (sorry, my english is very poor...)

It does sound like the chroma chip as text and settings config drive the crt by switching the gun drive.
The manual is avialable on this site for download. Just type in E3000 followed by FIND NOW and download all parts before opening.
