Kenwood KDC-PSW9521 Issues

Hi there

I hope someone can help me!

I had the above stereo fitted in a new car - but twhen it started up the MASk folding mechanism seems to have jammed and the falp hasnt folded all the way back - its in the position of where you would take the fascia off

I can put the fascia on and play a CD - but not skip tunes or anything.

Is there a way i can reset the unit? (im thinking like computers where you can press a button and reset it?)

Or can i manually force back the mask part?
