SYLVANIA 6620LG, with Double Image on Screen

Hi All -

I seldom work on LCD television/monitors, but I have a model 6620LG TV that displays top half of video with duplicate image on the bottom half of screen.

Any ideas? Is this generally a power supply problem, the screen itself, or controller circiutry?
