KDL-40V3000 TV with a broken LCD screen ribbon

I have ripped the electronic ribbon from the top of the LCD screen that connects it to the mother board.
It is not actually ripped, rather looks like it was glued with some kind of silicone glue.

Need an advice if my TV is still repairable or spare parts.
Any ideas where to find this silicone glue is greatly appreciated.

dont worry about the silicon glue its not required, there are 2 different cables used in that model, a 21pin cable part no 1-834-588-11 and a 50 pin version part no 1-834-589-11
