I am looking for some help with a ge 46gw947 projection tv made in 1999. what it does is when i turn it on it makes a chirping sound and continues this in a off and on fashion about 2 or 3 times then quits. When i try to turn it on again it just repeats this and never comes fully on. I also noticed that it seems to spark when i plug the cord in the receptacle and it never done this before. I am not an electronics expert but i have fixed numerous electronics in the past with the help of this and other forums so if i could just get a little help i would be gratefull. Thanks a lot.
