can a Monster power line conditioner produce interference?

Can a MONTER Power HTS 2600 interfere with a satevillite TV signal when looped through a Home theater system?.......the picture never use to look Muddy like it dos'e now ! this being used in conjunction with a SONY DA 5000 ES Receiver!.......any adice would be useful! thanks .....Rick

I would suggest simply removing the power source of the suspected interferance cause while watching the television. This should confirm or refute your suspecions...
