sony ccd tr-805e vertical lines

Hi

I have the camera from the subject and, in the normal light conditions, there are 8 white vertical lines on te image. These lines disappear when the lights became higher (actually I'm using a 300W source light to be able to record a clear image). The camera was unused for almost 1 year, and in this time it was never started. Anybody has a clue ? Thank you.

replace all the SMD electrolitic capacitor.
