Error code #34 Mitsubishi WD52525

I have the dreaded red lamp light. Brought the lamp into a neighborhood tv shop and was told that the lamp is good. Error code #34 is lamp abnormality. Does anyone have any tips on what could be the problem?

Bulged caps on the power supply.
