tda8362e problem

hello every one,I have philips 21pt128a. the custmer told me that he brought it to another fixer but in vain. the problem is there are only lines on screen .it seems that tda8362e doesn't work =chroma problem ,i think,.so i try it in another same chasis .i found it ok.the question ; is tda8362e like tda8362?is tda8361 can work instead?.thanks in advance to evry one can help me.
