Hello,
The power supply in my printer blew out last night. It's pretty obvious from looking what component blew, but I can't ID it. It sort of looks like a capacitor, but it is mounted in a silkscreen labeled Z1. Impedance??

if it's labeled z1 then it's probably a zener diode. can't tell you the value though. |
