hitachi 50ux19k won't turn on

when trying to power on the set makes a click sound and then shut off immed. I read that a 2 amp pico fuse and c707 cap could be the prob. or ic's could also be culprit....can any one verify either and if it is the fuse and cap where are they located on the board (and which board)because i cannot locate either one of them on the main board'also it has an ap43 chassis tks in advance for any help.
