Sony Vaio PCG-71312 wont start

Hello everyone, i am new here so forgive me if i make a mess somewhere.
I need your help, i have a laptop called Sony Vaio PCG-71312, a few days back i busy surfing the web and doing stuff, suddenly a pop up comes on saying that New Bios updated, do you want to update now?I click yes, so the update started, during the process, an antivirus detected a virus, so it asked me to terminated or allow, i clicked terminate, then suddenly my screen went black. now i don't know what to do because the laptop wont switch on, i have some bit of technical knowledge so please help me in anyway possible.
