Looking for speare parts oscilloscope Leader LBO-518

HI All
I have an Oscilloscope Leader LBO 518 with the trig level IC faulty.
Unfortunatly this "custon IC" is just a small circuit with some smd component and they are covered of resin, second most of them the code doesn't exist in internet .
I live in Switzerland, I tried to buy a second one (oscilloscope!) in USA from Ebay but the delivery price is just too high, and even if I ask to send me just the card as speare parts nobody accept.
So, nobody could tell me if exist a service shop for Leader where I can ask about it? or has at home a broken one just to sell me the parts.
