Philips big screen has two faint colors vert. on left side

My Philips has two faint color lines (red & green)from top to bottom on left of screen. They are hard to see some times, but are quite clear at others.The lines are about 1 inch wide and overlap each other slitely. My geometry is as close as I can get it,being that I cant find a service manual anywhere. I could use just the measurements so I could tape string to the screen to make my own template. If anyone can help me the model # is Philips PP64975101 (65 inch rear projection) I also believe some service menu entrys are incorrect. But once again no service manual can be located, not even Philips could help me. If anyone would be so kind to maybe help me with this, I would be forever grateful.You guys are great. Thanks Brad
