Vertik philips

I have a philips tv, which is the vertical tda8359.

This TV image only opens up half the screen, and is rising. It has no adjustment potentiometers and do not know how to enter the service.

i have changed Vertical condensers, and TDA8359. Same problem.

With oscilloscope saw that the drives to enter the intergrades are correct. (A positive, another negative)

The flyback voltage to correct this, 28V, and the B+ of 13 volts.

I have reduced resistance in series with Yoke and i can open image, but the original is 2.7R, and is placed for 1R very opened! I have changed for 2,2 R, and is closed ....

It seems to me the image is doubled ...

Oscilloscope in the output, note that there is an overlap at one point, saw the wave ....

Someone help?
