Hallo i have a black screen (sound ok)and when i increase ug2 i have picture flashing periodicaly any sugestion?

The CRT is bad. If increasing the screen voltage does not solve the problem, you might as well start shopping for a new set..

I dont think its the CRT because sometimes working fine

If you have resoldered all the contacts on the picture tube especially the RGB transistors and you still have the same problem, it is very often a faulty tube.
