I got page on targeted link whith word doc & xml file but have no option for download it. I'm useing firefox browser as thay prefer. 
Strange. I tested link page whith soeme otjher models and no problem, become download option on page.

Doc and XL not XML files 
the blue arrow takes you to a second page where the link will showup as "get manual"
