Schneider TV won't start.

I've been given a Schneider STV 2802-T, which has been unused for some time. Now when I turn it on, all I get is a ticking sound, approx twice per second, no picture, no power led, no nothing!
Can anyone point me in the right direction to sort this, please?

Have same problem, probably the transformer, Part is OREGA 40326-128

Check the regulator first.
