tevion tv has blue screen and red padlock any ideas how to get rid of it

IT IS LOCKED, I HAVE 74 MODELS LISTED IN MY DATABASE. WHAT MODEL IS YOURS.

i also have the padlock thing, i leant on the remote on the couch in the middle of a show... Its an older tube TV - its a Tevion 74CM - help!!!
