Need M66003-0131FP-R Datasheet

Hello Everybody !

I would like to found the M66003-0131FP-R datasheet

It's a 18 digit 5 x 7 segment VFD controller/driver.

I have to know if it got the good signal to work properly because all digits on the display are on Confused

.

Number after the dash only denotes the Rom data--application specific
