AV RECEIVER Yamaha RXV3800 DC PRT:000

Please help. My reciver shut down after 3 seconds. What i did I check all on th physical level... All semmed be ok. But error like DC PRT:000 still is present. I try to reset RAM like say's in service manual, but yamaha don't allow me this.
I run diagnostic from service menu and i get next errir
AD check DC:000
AD check outlvl: 020

I think problem in the RAM of processor MAIN (IC 402) because this processor controls feeding and protection. how say's in manual is the pin 141
please try to tell me what does it mean, becouse i check on physical level this pin he's 0 v
other pin that i tested
MG 0V 140pin
PRD 0,38V 137pin
PRV 1,36V 138pin
PRVS 1,5V 139pin
PRI 00,7V 87pin

And what can I do next to fix this problem? any adviceS?

I have exactly the same problem, have you solve it, I've measure different Cap on Ram board/ power supply, also voltage regulator but without solution!

Hoping for a quick response I stay.
