Philips HTS3372D tray opens but disc will not eject

My disc will not eject. I've pushed STOP.,EJECT    Unplugged power, and repeated but the DRAWER CONTINUES TO OPEN WITHOUT EJECTING THE DISC FROM THE DRIVE.  

Is there a *FORCE EJECT BUTTON? like when one inserts a PAPERCLIP into that forces open the tray? *Keep in mind THE TRAY OPENS BUT WITHOUT THE DISC.
Or perhaps a HARD RESET will solve?
