Key lock issue

Hi, i have an Ultravox TV (model cas-2106) and today when i switched it on, i found a black screen with a 3 key code to put in and unlock. if i do not enter the 3 digit or disable this key lock i cannot make use of the tv as no buttons are working.

Can someone help me on this because i cannot use the tv?????

Other than carefully re-reading your User Manual (presuming you every/still have it).
