More often than not the source of problems in Sanyo DP series is the main board, not the power board.

We've servied at least 100 of those and I am yet to see a single power board being bad.

One thing you can do to narrow that down relatively quickly is try to turn the TV on 4 times in a row after it shuts off.

If the shutdown is caused by the main board then it will lock itself out after the 3rd attempt and you won't be able to start it up 4th time until you disconnect AC power for a while (or power to the main board, of course).

When such a problem is present it won't help looking for a fuse on the main board. At least I've never seen one gone bad.

Same model, same problem. I can turn it on/off more than 4 times stoped after 8 times. When turn tv on green light on relay clicks turns itself of then on and keeps repeating itself. Tried a new power board and inverters still the same. No visible bad caps or chips. Any idea where I can get a NEW main board that is not used?
