Looking For Service Manual for Conway PAL-1 Phone-a-lyzer

Hi. I am trying to troubleshoot a very nice piece of test equipment known as a PAL-1 Phone-a-lyzer made by Conway Engineering back in the early 80's. It is not working now, keeps popping 250mA Slo Blo fuses. No burned components, no frayed wires, physical review looks okay. Going to troubleshoot the power supply and check driving voltages, etc. Hoping someone out there might have a service manual or schematic for this test equipment. Thanks!
