Fluke 12 Digital Multimeter?

Hi friends.
I'm getting interested in electronic now(TV and electrical repairs). I have a cheapo ms8268, but thinking of buying a fluke multimeter for better testing of capacitors ,pcb and ...(my multimeter does not read big capacitors).
Therefor wondering if any1 can recommend a fluke multimeter for using in electronic repairs which does not cost so much (doesn't matter if it is used)
I have heard many good reviews about "Fluke 12 Digital Multimeter ", but they are discontinued and i don't find a used one either.
