Grundig GULCD37HDIT stuck in standby

Someone please help, my Grundig GULCD37HDIT wont turn on and is stuck in the standby light. I have taken the back cover off and it has a PLCD 190 PT3 23341 power board and a LC370WX1 SL 01 chasis/panel.

The screen remains black when switched on.

The tv is responds to the remote and the standby button on the side by the standby light going from a bright red to a dim red. That's the only response from it.

Any visually bad (Bulged top) aluminium capacitors on secondary side of PSU?
Check standby PS voltage and ripple.
Same for main PS when you try to get out of standby.
