Fellowes Paper shredder

I have a small office paper shredder made by Fellowes(in China of course). I want to disassemble the machine a I think it's jmmed, but the screws at the bottom of the recessed holes seem to be Phillips head but with a small bump in the middle....can anyone tell me what these screws are called, and where I can get a screwdriver that fits them?

Torx or Safety torx most likely.
