Looking for service manual for Philips CTV 21PT3462D/94R

Hi,

I am looking for service manual for philips CTV model number 21PT3462D/94R. I am having problem like grey retrace lines sometime on the screen comes and goes off. The brightness/contrast and color also varies when the retrace lines are visible. I mean the contrast goes down and it gives dull picture and then after a minute it becomes normal for couple of minutes and the same repeats. Need your help in form of suggestion and service manual.

Flyback - either a cracked PC board or bad solder joints, spring to mind.
