How Can I find Code Please?

Gentlemen

Is there a kind soul out there who can tell me if there is anyway to find the code of the radio in my newly purchased 56 reg Peugeot 307?

The radio works fine at present but I am concerned should I need to disconnect the battery at some time. Unfortunately in the paperwork I received with the sale there was no clue to this code

Any help would be very much appreciated Thanks

Most of the radio's used by Peugeot at that time are ' vin coded ' , i.e they
are linked to the immobilizer in the original vehicle of fitment , as such it does not require a code , these radio's cannot , easily , be used in another vehicle.
