Zenith Projection, red shadows and blurry

I have a Zenith pv4661rk and the images have a red glow around them, especially if there is white on the screen. The image isnt as clear as it used to be. Is there an easy way to fix this without having to call a repairman?

I was told it could be the "red gun".. or "convergence"?
