Good afternoon,sir
Recently I am involved in a project that controlling an analog switch--CD4066. Here the high level is required to be 12V. Actually I am planning to use the open drain output of STC12C5A( this one: http://www.kynix.com/Detail/1223087/STC12C5A08AD-35I.html ) . At the same time, the pulling up of 12V will be connected outside as well as the 10K resistance. I don’t wonder that the output of high level just be 5.8V . How to solve this problem?
PS: the only requirement is that I don’t want to use switching tube to control it.
Thanks. |
