Panasonic nv-hs 1000 no 5v

Hi to all,
after engaged test mode+service mode my vcr doesn't work (short tp6010 with tp6011, short k6002 is test mode)
I've check all the voltage that came out from power supply, so only 5v is missing (pin 11-12). I found in the power supply 2sd1996 faulty, but is present 6,3v and 6,1v in the socket of transistor 2sd1996.
My question is can i replaced the above transistor without burn it?

Provided that there is no short on the NON SW 5.3V line.
