i assumed that there is a free service of 5 codes at this site thats why i registered.is there any moderator to give me some answer please?

Help is provided , free of charge , by forum members when they can spare time to do so , if you can't wait for this help perhaps paying for an instant code would have been better for you !
The code already provided is the correct one for the information you provided
if this isn't working it could be , incorrect serial information , incorrect code entry method , radio previously recoded .
