I have a problem with my monitor - the red color turned black and the green is pale. After some time of working the problem disappears by itself. The cable is OK. Does someone have any idea ? The monitor is TVM AS 5D

you can firs time chek the RGB then you tes the transistor and resistor

Try to first resolder the picture tube socket . Review all the picture tube board for bad solders. If necessary, carefully remove the shilding

this usually is a problem with the CRT on the picture tube..
try checking the CRT..

Resolder every joint on the crt base pcb! special attention to the crt socket.
