File download

Sirs, I recently download circuit info for my Advance OS250 scope but only to find that its format is in rar. I cannot use the files simply because I dont have a program that will open them. What do I do and how dow I open the the info was so it said in pdf and one assumed that once opened I could use a acrobat pdf program to look at the circuit.

Perhaps you could E-mail me the program that will open the files or send me the circuit in a compressed pdf format and I can open it and use it.
