How to open Siemens Gigaset ?

How can I open a Siemens Gigaset 3010 (the handset).
Some keys don't work. I think that they are dirty, and I want to
clean then, but I can't open it.

¿Any idea or a service manual of a Gigaset?

There isn't any indication on the siemens page how to clean the keypad.

The Troubleshooting is useless for resolve mi problem.

Any suggestion?

All very simply. You must used plastic card for open device.
