E:61:10 error on Sony camara DSC-T7

The E.61:10 error appeared on my sony camera DSC-T7 and now the camera does not focus or zoom. Sony wants to charge $200 bucks for the repear, is there another way to fix this problem?

Try to make reset or initializing the setting of the camera.
It this doesn't fix the problem then the Lens unit must be change complete.This is very expencive repair. Now the price of new one is cheaper than you had purchased it before.
