When switching on the TVset, the led is blinking.
Helping the set by adding 18V to pin 1 IC 7520, let startup the set.
The 18V helping power then can be removed. The set remains working.
Switching off the set or go to Standby recreates the problem.
What may causing the TVset not starting up itself?
