Sharp TV Model 21L-SC Nothing comes on the screen

Sharp TV Model 21L-SC when put on the power indicator changes from orange to green but nothing comes on the screen, When opened i found out that transistors R612 and R617 are burnt beyond recognition.

I want the values of the burnt resistors and an idea of what else should i check to solve the problem.

i think you should bring your TV in the authorized service center in your place..because they have the records of what values your resistor is..plus they can thoroughly checked your TV.
