will not turn on

I have a hitachi 50ux58b all i get when i push the power button is the red light come's on and back out i removed the back cover and founded the green light's on the def board would come on then dim out i unhooked the psd3 jumper from the signal board and the lights stay on is the signal board repairable or do i have to replace it
