RCA 52 Model # P52731WK PLEASE HELP

I have a older tv was working great and then all of a sudden when we turned on we only get a menu screen showing in double lines no picture or sound acts like it is not getting a signal please help

You hear about convergence IC's all the time. RCA uses transistors. I hate RCA! What is the CTC # on the back and I'll see if I or someone else can help. You have a convergence problem it sounds like.
