Zenith Model ZB2794BG Repair

I have a zenith tv and when it turns on there is the power up sound but nothing happens ...There is also a ring etched into the centre of the screen i was wondering if this is Fixable and if so if anyone might have schematics for it ..I do have Electronic experience and it is a really good tv and nmot too old ...its the model with the boss speakers built onto the back of it id like to fix and not toss it was expensive
