JVC GD-V4210PZW display problem

Hello-

I have been having problems with my JVC GD-v4210PZW plasma tv. Some of the time, the unit works perfectly, otherwise, the display is just a bunch of vertical lines that move with with the program being shown (please see picture). The display is split in half with the top moving separate from the bottom. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
