Hey,

I have a tatung C5DHR (DP502) 15" monitor and it works well, however at random intervals it flickers once, rather quickly and then returns to normal.

Have checked leads and opened case to have a quick look(didnt do any tests) noticed some capacitors has a white hard substance forming around their base.

Any suggestions on what could be the problem?
