Hitachi 50fx19k

I have the Hitachi 50fx19k that loses the red tube convergence lock. The set will play fine and all of a sudden the red tube loses its convergence lock. You can go into the main menu and readjust it, but as soon as you power off then back on it is out of sync. Also if you tap on the side of the set it will sometimes lock. Any suggestions??
